About Our Location
Our Bristol office serves as the hub for consultations, design meetings, and project planning. The space includes our design studio where clients can review material samples, browse finishes, and visualise options for their projects.
While our office is in Bristol, we serve clients throughout the South West and regularly travel to properties across the region for site visits and project work.
Finding Us
By Car
Free street parking is typically available on Westfield Avenue and surrounding roads. The office is located between Clifton and Redland, easily accessible from the M32 via the A4018. Journey time from the motorway is approximately fifteen minutes depending on traffic.
By Public Transport
Several bus routes stop within a five-minute walk, including the 8, 9, and 72 services. Clifton Down railway station is approximately twenty minutes on foot. Bristol Temple Meads, the main railway station, is a fifteen-minute taxi ride or thirty minutes by bus.

Primary Service Area
Bristol and surrounding areas within a fifteen-mile radius, including Bath, Portishead, Clevedon, Keynsham, and Thornbury. Projects in this area incur no travel charges.
Extended Service Area
We frequently work throughout Somerset, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire for larger renovation projects. Distance is factored into project quotes but we're always happy to discuss opportunities further afield.
Special Projects
For significant renovations or unique properties, we've travelled throughout England and Wales. If your project is outside our typical area, get in touch and we can discuss feasibility.
Before You Contact Us
Tell us what you're hoping to achieve, your property location, and your approximate timeline. If you have a budget in mind, sharing this helps us provide relevant guidance. Don't worry about having all the details worked out – initial conversations often help clarify what's possible.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. During particularly busy periods this might extend to two days. If your matter is urgent, please mention this in your message and we'll prioritise accordingly.
Initial discussions and site visits for renovation or repair projects are provided at no charge. For dedicated interior design consultations that involve detailed concept development, there is a fee as outlined on our services page.
For straightforward repairs or small jobs, we can sometimes provide estimates based on photos and descriptions. However, accurate quotes for renovation work require us to see the property in person to assess structure, access, and potential complications.
That's perfectly fine. Many of our best projects started with exploratory conversations. We're happy to discuss possibilities, provide rough cost indications, and help you think through options before you commit to anything specific.
For urgent issues like burst pipes or electrical faults, contact us immediately via email with "URGENT" in the subject line. We monitor messages throughout business hours and can often arrange same-day or next-day attendance for genuine emergencies.
